At just 15 years old, he was already working alongside his father, Steven Schweinsberg, who built the well-known and respected company Prairieland Disposal from the ground up. From 2008 to 2021, Andy learned every part of the business — from turning wrenches as a mechanic to driving trucks and managing daily operations. Those years of hands-on experience shaped him into a true jack of all trades and taught him the value of hard work, honesty, and dedication. In early 2024, Andy took everything he learned from his father and launched RC Disposal, proudly based on Island Lake, Illinois. As a local business owner, Andy is passionate about serving his community with reliable service, fair pricing, and a commitment to doing the job right — every time. Beyond work, Andy is a proud father who continues to pass down the same strong work ethic and determination that were instilled in him.
