From the start, he has been eager to learn and apply his skills across a variety of roles — from mechanical assistance and miscellaneous shop tasks to keeping the workspace organized and running efficiently. Now 22 years old, Andrew has grown into a confident and capable team member, though he continues to embrace every opportunity to learn and improve. His determination, dedication, and drive to serve his community make him a vital part of the RC Disposal family, and he is building his career alongside the company with passion and focus.
